Shipping Policy
We ship Mossae worldwide. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time:
Simple and efficient: all orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, every day except Sunday. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery takes 6 to 10 days. Delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not from the order date.
International Shipping:
We ship Mossae worldwide. Customers outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package directly on our website in the "Track My Order" section, or by emailing support@mossae.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
For orders with Premium Insurance, full coverage applies against loss, theft, or damage. Contact support@mossae.com to file a claim.
For orders without Premium Insurance marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to investigate. We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier without Premium Insurance.
Address Errors:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@mossae.com and we'll do our best to update it before shipment.
Holidays and Peak Seasons:
During major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Mother's Day) and peak sales periods, processing and delivery times may be extended. We'll communicate any delays via email or on our website.
Carrier Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. We will help you track and resolve carrier issues whenever possible.
Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and contents and contact us within 7 days at support@mossae.com. We'll replace damaged products at no cost.
