Our 60-Day Money-Back Promise
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all Mossae products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Great skincare takes time to show results. We want you to give Mossae a real chance to work for you.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, contact our care team within 60 days of delivery:
Email: support@mossae.com Subject line: "Refund Request - Order #[YOUR ORDER NUMBER]" Include: Order number, reason for refund, and proof of purchase
Our team will respond within 24 hours.
Eligibility:
You're eligible for a full refund if you contact us within 60 days of your delivery date, have your order number or proof of purchase, and purchased directly from mossae.com. Products purchased through third-party retailers must be returned according to that retailer's return policy.
Return Shipping:
Once your refund request is approved, we may request that you return the unused portion of your product at your own expense. For damaged or defective items, we cover return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we approve your request and are issued to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items:
The following are non-refundable: gift cards, products purchased more than 60 days ago, products damaged due to misuse or improper storage, and promotional or free items received as gifts.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your Mossae product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mossae.com. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
For lost or stolen packages, we recommend purchasing Premium Insured Shipping at checkout for full coverage. For standard shipping packages marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date.
Cancellations:
You can cancel your order at no charge if it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at support@mossae.com with your order number.
